This week, we’re going to talk a little bit more about our nervous system, our senses and energy, and our window of tolerance.
Week Three: Thawing & Integrating
Now that we've learned the basics, it's time to start thawing and re-integrating our senses, and begin to trust ourselves again.
Week Four: Overcoming Self-Doubt and Self-Sabotage
Learn how to recognize and overcome the self-doubt and self-sabotage that naturally comes up in our healing journey.
Week Five: Rewriting Our Script
Learn the importance of language–especially self talk–to the healing and how to flip the script and your mindset.
Week Six: Review. Reflect. Recommit
With goals in sight, create a road map to the life you’ve always dreamed of.
