Week One: Lesson 6
Congratulations on completing Week One!
Now, let's reflect on our journey so far and set the stage for the next steps. In our first week, we delved into a wealth of knowledge and skills to reshape our coping mechanisms.
For Week 2, we're translating this learning into action through three essential self-care habits:
- Clearing the Clutter: Focus on decluttering your mind, especially around time management. Utilize a paper or eCalendar to organize your deadlines and meetings.
- Deep Breathing Practice: Schedule "BREATHE" on your calendar or set phone alerts. Take dedicated moments for mindful, deep breathing to cultivate a sense of calmness.
- Journaling: Embrace journaling as a powerful tool for healing. Treat it as your safe space, be uncensored, and maintain privacy. Dedicate 5–10 minutes daily for self-reflection or gratitude.
As a bonus exercise, review your schedule for any time-wasting activities. Identify tasks that can be delegated to create more room for self-care. Here's to a fantastic Week 2 filled with self-discovery and growth!"

Certified Trauma-Informed Coach
After years of struggling with my own trauma and the self-sabotage and people pleasing that comes with it, I decided to take control of my life and heal my body from the inside out. This led me to getting certified as a trauma -informed coach, life coach and health coach. Now I use those same powerful techniques to help others heal themselves and find their inner peace.
