Week Two: Lesson 3

How to relax when you're buzzing with nervous energy

In this calming exercise, let's tackle that adrenalized energy.

Find a comfy spot, remove distractions, and close your eyes or soften the gaze.

Tune into your breath, the rhythm of giving and exhaling. Let distractions come and go without judgment. Inhale deeply, then exhale, imagining releasing thoughts like floating leaves. Return to your breath, feel the stillness.

As we conclude, gently open your eyes, noting any shifts in energy or muscle tension. Simply observe. If it resonates, journal your experience. This practice grants you a tool for serenity anytime you need it. Thank you for joining!

Certified Trauma-Informed Coach

After years of struggling with my own trauma and the self-sabotage and people pleasing that comes with it, I decided to take control of my life and heal my body from the inside out. This led me to getting certified as a trauma -informed coach, life coach and health coach. Now I use those same powerful techniques to help others heal themselves and find their inner peace.
