For my clients, I create, design, write and plan. I do it happily all day long (and sometimes late into the night). But when it comes to doing the same for myself...ugh!!

I get it. Investing the time and effort into ourselves – our company, our image, our future – somehow gets shoved to the bottom of the pile or worse. Or, we have laser focus on delivering our products or services that the rest of our life is put on the back burner. Then we're shocked with everything, business success included, goes up in flames!

Trust me, I've been there, too.

As business owners, we know deep down that the success of our business is our path to hope and freedom. So I needed to know what keeps getting in the way of that success?

That need to know allowed me to made the leap of faith and invest in myself. I've explored my hopes and fears, my skills and my habits, and my focus and distractions to find out exactly what was holding me back. This was my coaching journey. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it!

Now, I have the courage to be me. I am free to speak in my true voice, building more meaningful connections and deeper trust along the way.
